Lifetime is a one-time $29.99 purchase that unlocks every Pro feature on your Groovv account, with no renewals, for as long as Groovv runs. It also includes the Collection Report, which otherwise costs $6.99 each time you generate one. There's no subscription to manage or cancel.

First, check you're signed in with the same method you used when you bought it - this is the cause nine times out of ten. Then open the Pro paywall and tap Restore purchases. If it still doesn't stick, email us - we can see what happened on our end and fix it quickly.

Yes. Pro is attached to your Groovv account, so it unlocks on any device you sign into - including across iOS and Android. Manage or cancel the subscription in the store you bought it from.

Nothing is ever deleted. Your collection stays exactly as it is and remains fully viewable. If you're over 100 records, adding new ones is paused until you're back on Pro.

No. The Collection Report is a separate one-off purchase of $6.99 per report, and it's available on the free tier too. Lifetime includes it at no extra cost. Condition photos need Pro, so a report generated without Pro has grades and values but no photo appendix.

Apple and Google set the price for each country's store, and those prices usually include local taxes, so what you see in Australian dollars, pounds or euros won't be a straight currency conversion.
